Florentine Of Soy Paneer

Ingredients
  Fine spinach paste 400 Gram
  Soy paneer 150 Gram
  Butter 40 Gram
  Chopped ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 2
  Tomato 2 Tablespoon
  Soy refined oil 2 Teaspoon
  Green chili paste 2 Teaspoon
  Cheese 40 Gram
  Cream 25 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1)Cut paneer into pieces.
2)In a pan, heat butter and saute chopped ginger garlic paste, green chilli, fine spinach paste and salt. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes over reduced heat.
3)Into a baking dish, trasfer the contents of pan.
4)In a separate pan, heat oil and stir fry onion until brown in color. Now add in the paneer and cook.
5)Mix in salt, pepper, tomato paste and pour this over spinach mixture.
5)Top with cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
6)Bake for 20 minutes.

SERVING
7)Serve piping hot.
