Ingredients
  Crisp flat puris 12 (Refer Puris Recipe)
  Fine sev 75 Gram
  Curd 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Sweetened)
  Chutney 3 Tablespoon (Tamarind Flavored, According To Taste, Refer Sweet Chutney)
  Chutney To Taste (Green, Coriander, Chilies, Mint, Refer Green Chutney)
  Boiled potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chat masala 2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Jeera powder 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
Directions

Arrange puris on a plate.
Put boiled potatoes, sev, curd and chutneys.
Sprinkle the chat masala and powders.
Add finely chopped onion and coriander leaves .
sprinke more sev.
