Instant semolina idli by Chef Sonali
|Semolina||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (As Required)|
|Steamed vegetables||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Peas, Tomato Etc)|
Mix together semolina and yogurt and keep aside for 15 mins.
If it is thick then add little water.
At the time of pouring into the moulds add 1 tsp eno and steam for 4 mins in the microwave.
Can add boiled vegetables also to this batter.
Serve with ketchup or chutney
