Pork And Rice Curry

Ingredients
  Bacon slice 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Onion slices 2 , separated into rings (1/8 Inch Rings)
  Chopped cooked pork 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/2 Inch Pieces)
  Uncooked instant rice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Instant chicken bouillon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Dash
  Chopped peanuts 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped tomatoes 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Place bacon and onion in 12-oz casserole [22-oz casserole].
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high (550 watts) until onion is tender, 1 to 2 min [2 to 3 min].
Stir in remaining ingredients except peanuts and tomatoes.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave 1 min [2 min]; stir.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave until water is absorbed, 1 to 2 min [2 to 3 min].
Sprinkle with peanuts and tomatoes.
