Bhelpuri is a popular snack on the beaches of MUMBAI!!!
Ingredients
  Puffed rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thin sev 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Medium sev 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flat crispy puris 4
  Potato 1⁄2 Medium
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped cucumber 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fruits 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Apple, Pear)
  Roasted peanuts 12
  Coriander leaves 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
  Chat masala 2 Teaspoon
  Jal jeera masala 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Tamarind concentrate 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Gur 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 4 Teaspoon
  Chopped dates 3
  Roasted jeera powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix together all the bhel ingredients.
Mix, boil, cool and then grind all the chutney ingredients.
Mix together the bhel and chutney.
Garnish with thin sev and coriander leaves.
