Indian Chickpea And Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Garam masala 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable stock 1 1⁄2 Pint (850 Milliliter)
  Carrots 2 Large, quartered lengthways and chopped
  Canned chickpeas 14 Ounce, drained (400 Gram , 1 Can)
  Green beans 4 Ounce, chopped (100 Gram)
Directions

GETTING READY 1) Arrange all the ingredients. MAKING 2) In a medium saucepan, heat the oil and add onion and giner-garlic. 3) Fry the onion mixture for around 2 minutes and add garam masala. Fry for further 1 minute. 4) Add stock with carrots. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes and add chickpeas. 5) With a stick blender, whizz the soup. 6) Mix the beans in the soup and cook on low heat for 3 minutes. FINALIZING 7) In the flask, pack the soup and chill. SERVING 8) Reheat the soup and enjoy with naan bread.
