Kerala Fish Fry

Fish is considered to be another secondary food item of the Kerala Cuisine. Kerala is well known for its Spicy Red Fish Curry, KariMeen Fry, Prawn Stir Fry etc. Visit my website http://malayali.me for more recipes !!!
Ingredients
  Fish pieces 8 , cleaned and sliced onto small pieces
  Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
  Red chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fish masala powder 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fenugreek powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon (uluva podi)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Preparation Method

* Marinate the fish with all the above ingredients.
* Refrigerate it for 30 mins.
* Take a non-stick Frying Pan and pour 2 tbsp of oil.
* Shallow fry the fish till it is properly fried on both sides.
Suggestions

1. You may substitute lemon juice with vinegar.
2. You can also add 2 tbsps of curd along with the other ingredients and marinate the fish. It will give a better taste.
