Red Beans and Rice

Ingredients
  Spicy smoked sausage 1 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  Canned red beans 30 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 15 Ounce Each, Small Sized)
  Green bell pepper/Yellow bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Jalapeno chili 1 , seeded and finely chopped
  Canned tomatoes and juice 15 Ounce, peeled and diced
  Red onion 1 Small, chopped
  Uncooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Use a slow cooker.
2. Put sausage, beans, bell pepper, jalapefio chilies, onions and tomatoes.
3. Put the lid of the cooker.
4. Cook the ingredients for 5-6 hrs. on LOW.
5. Take a pan and cook rice in it following the instructions given on the pack.

SERVING
6.Serve the rice topped with the bean mixture.
