Oneman show does not like the boxed version of a product so he modifies it to his personal taste to create a spicy side dish of wild rice pulao.
Texmati rice mix
1 Cup (16 tbs) (white, brown, wild and red)
1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Salt & pepper
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs), crushed
1. In a large microwave safe bowl, combine rice mix, water, butter, frozen vegetables, garlic chutney, spices, peanuts, salt and pepper.
2. Cover and microwave for 5 minutes at power 10. Reduce the heat to power 4, and cook for 15 minutes.
3. Remove from microwave and let it stand for 5-10 minutes. Stir before serving.
4. Serve the Wild Rice Pulao with pickle and salad.
