Anjeer Burfi

A Diwali treat -- A special fudge made of figs, almonds, pistachios,and cashew nuts.
Ingredients
  Dried figs 1
  Chopped dry fruits 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (almonds,pista,cashewnuts,walnuts)
  Ghee 1 Teaspoon
  Cardamom powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Saffron 1 Teaspoon
  Edible silver leaves 2
Directions

Blanch the figs in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Drain and puree them in a food processor.
Combine the fig puree, dry fruits, ghee, cardamom powder and saffron to make a soft dough.
Roll out into a rectangle of 100 mm. x 75 mm. (4 inch x 3inch)
Garnish with edible silver leaves.
Cut into 25 mm. x 25 mm. (1 inch x 1 inch) squares.
Your Anjeer Burfi is ready to be served.

i have a question about mixing of ingredients. did you mix it on slow flame gas or you just mixed it without frying on slow gas for some time. Can you please answer my query. Your burfi looks great.
