Ingredients
  Hard boiled eggs 5
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Tomato 1 , finely chopped
  Boiled sprouts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boiled potatoes 2 Tablespoon, smashed
  Chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Green chutney 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet sour chutney 1⁄2 Tablespoon (tamarind)
  Green chillies 3 , finely chopped
  Red chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Cut eggs into small pieces.
Mix all the ingredients except coriander leaves.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
