Cabbage Saute

Cabbage Saute is a very simple, light dish. Healthy and tasty, quick dish. Try it and enjoy!!!
  Cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs), finely chopped
  Onion 2 , finely chopped
  Green gram 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Moong Sabut/Paasi paruppu)
  Urad dal 3 Teaspoon
  Mustard seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Green chilly 2 , slit lengthwise
  Curry leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Grated coconut 2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 50 Milliliter (For frying)

1. Heat oil in kadai, add the urad dal, mustard seeds and let the mustard splatter.
2. Add the onions,Green chilly, Curry leaves and saute for 2 mins. Add the green gram dal(paasi paruppu), turmeric powder saute and add little water. Cover and Cook dal for 5mins.
3. Uncover and add the chopped cabbage, salt and saute.
4. Cover and cook for 5mins. Uncover and saute till the extra water evaporates.
5. Add the grated coconut and saute for 2mins.
Cabbage saute quickly ready. Enjoy!!
