* In pressue cooker put washed and chopped spinach leaves, chopped tomato, chopped onion, dry red chillies, peeled garlic flakes and salt and very little water like around less than 1/4 cup. Cook for 2 sounds.
* Open the cooker after full steam goes , cool it and coarse grind it in mixie for 2-3 sec, and take it in a bowl.
* In a pan pour 2 tsp oil and put mustard seeds , let it splutter and then put urad dal and curry leaves and pour this in grind spinach mix.
* Enjoy it with hot plain white rice and a tsp of ghee.
