Very healthy methi fried rice. Consuming a handful of methi leaves in any form in the diet, is equal to consuming a tablet of cod liver oil.

I bring Methi frequently, but was bored with the recipes that I make. Was browsing the net for a methi rice and came across this one. Tried for dinner today and came out really yummy...as the frozen peas would give a sweet taste, I soaked and boiled the dry peas which was good too..thanks again for the simple recipe

Methi is always a good addition with peas and potatoes as it helps in digestion. You can add it to dough for roti as well.
