Ingredients
  Wheat flour 500 Gram
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 3 Teaspoon, dry roasted
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Ghee 2 Tablespoon (Hot)
  Ghee/Oil 1 Tablespoon (As Needed For Roasting)
Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Make a well in the centre and add hot ghee slowly.
Incorporate into flour.
Add warm water to bind.
Knead well.
Roll into a sausage and cut into 10-12 portions, about one-inch thick.
Roll out into four-inch rounds, about quarter-inch thick.
Heat a little oil on a tava and roast carefully on gentle heat, turning on both sides till cooked through.
