|Chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Cumin seeds||3 Teaspoon, dry roasted|
|Ghee||2 Tablespoon (Hot)|
|Ghee/Oil||1 Tablespoon (As Needed For Roasting)|
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Make a well in the centre and add hot ghee slowly.
Incorporate into flour.
Add warm water to bind.
Roll into a sausage and cut into 10-12 portions, about one-inch thick.
Roll out into four-inch rounds, about quarter-inch thick.
Heat a little oil on a tava and roast carefully on gentle heat, turning on both sides till cooked through.
