Ingredients
  Packed mint leaves 2 Cup (32 tbs), washed (Fresh Ones)
  Cilantro leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), washed
  Onion 1 Small, coarsely chopped
  Chopped fresh ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice/Lime juice 1 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)
  Green chili peppers 2 Small
  Ground cumin 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Remove to a bowl and adjust the seasoning according to taste.
Tastes best when fresh.
Store in a jar and refrigerate.
It stays fresh for up to a week.
