Chicken Curry

Ingredients
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cubed cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium, cut into pieces
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 4 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Tomato 1 Medium, peeled and quartered
  Hot cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Put broth, chicken, and onion in blender container; blend till coarsely chopped.
In skillet melt butter.
Add curry; heat through.
Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken mixture; cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
Put tomato in blender; blend till chopped.
Fold into curry mixture.
Heat to boiling.
Serve over rice.
Pass condiments.
