Methi leaves curry with beans and aloo
|Beans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Aloo||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (wash and chop)|
|Methi leaves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (wash and chop)|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Tomato||1 , finely chopped|
|Ginger and garlic paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Coconut||1 Tablespoon (For garnishing)|
|Mustard seeds||1 Teaspoon|
In a kaadai put oil.
Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,onion and fry till brown colour.
Now add methi leaves and fry till it turns soft.
Add mix vegetables,tomato and fry till they are cooked.
When they are cooked add 2tsp of sambar pd,salt and fry for another 5mins.
When salt is adjusted and vegetables are cooked nicely
It is ready to eat with Hot chapati,roti,naan...........
