Fiery Lamb Curry

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , roughly chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Fresh ginger piece 1 Inch, roughly chopped
  Ghee/Butter 1 Ounce (30 Grams)
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Ground turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Black mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Lamb chops 1 Pound, trimmed of all visible fat (500 Grams)
  New potatoes 6 Small, halved
  Sultanas 3 Ounce (90 Grams)
  Coconut milk 12 Fluid Ounce (1 1/2 Cup Or 375 Milliliter)
  Chopped fresh mint 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon stick 1
Directions

1. Place onion, garlic and ginger into a food processor or blender and process to finely chop.
2. Melt ghee or butter in a large nonstick frying pan over a medium heat, add onion mixture and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until mixture is golden. Stir in coriander, cumin, black pepper, turmeric, mustard seeds and chili powder and cook for 2 minutes longer or until fragrant.
3. Add chops and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until brown. Add potatoes, sultanas, coconut milk, mint and cinnamon, bring to simmering and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until chops are tender.
