any number of variations can be given like adding walnuts or boiled macaroni,few leaves mint not to forget cheese etc..
  Almonds 4⁄5
  Milk 100 Milliliter
  Cornflour 1 Tablespoon
  Cream 70 Milliliter
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Salt To Taste
  White pepper 1 Teaspoon

rinse almonds in water for sometime peel and Blanch the almonds and grind to a paste.Mix the cornflour in the milk to form a smooth paste.Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion and brown it.Keep half of this aside for garnishing.In the other half,add the cornflour milk paste and cook over low flame,adding half cup of water.Cook for a minute and add the cream.Continue to cook over low flame stirring for another 2 minutes.Serve hot garnished with browned onion or mint leaves or coriander.
