Ingredients
  Semolina 150 Gram
  Cashew nuts 8
  Raisins/Sultanas 20 Gram
  Cardamoms 4
  Sugar 200 Gram
  Water 480 Milliliter (Approximately)
  Rose water 3 Drop
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Fat 30 Gram
Directions

1. Heat fat. Lightly brown semolina, add sugar, salt, water and sultanas or raisins.
2. Cook slowly till the grains swell and water is absorbed, stirring all the time. Remove when cooked.
3. Add cashewnuts, rose water and crushed cardamoms.
