Use a whisk to get rid of the lumps in the Yogurt. Now add salt, red chili powder, mint powder, cumin powder to this. Mix well and add the grated cucumber. Mix and serve with Pulao or Naan.
Garnish the prepared Raita with fresh chopped mint leaves and enjoy it with your loved ones!
