1 Tablespoon, fried in shortening until transparent
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1 Tablespoon (Or More)
Dried mint/Fresh mint
Combine pumpkin and water; stir to form thin puree.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Add milk or cream, salt to taste, and curry powder.
Heat through, stirring constantly.
Sprinkle mint over the top just before serving.
