Easy Sambar Powder

Ingredients
  Whole coriander 3 Gram
  Split red gram 100 Gram
  Split bengal gram 50 Gram
  Split black gram 30 Gram (White)
  Whole pepper 30 Gram
  Fenugreek 10 Gram
  Whole red chili 250 Gram
  Mustard 15 Gram
  Turmeric roots 2
  Asafoetida 15 Gram
  Dry coconut 250 Gram
  Gingelly seeds 250 Gram
Directions

Clean and dry in sun or roast without any oil, all ingredients except red chillies.
Remove the stems and roast red chillies lightly on a tava (skillet) with very little oil.
Powder all the ingredients finely.
Sieve all the powdered spices and mix together with salt to taste.
