1. Heat oil; add mustard seeds, fenugreek and curry leaves.
2. As seeds splutter, add mango cut into 2.5 cm. x 0.75 cm. (1" x 1/4") pieces.
3. Add chilli powder and salt. Fry for a few minutes.
4. Add 2-3 cups water and simmer till mangoes are cooked.
5. Roast and powder cumin and add to the mangoes just before removing from the fire.
