|Refined flour||200 Gram|
|Onion seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Fat||15 Gram (For Rubbing)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed, Absorption)|
1. Sift flour. Add salt and onion seeds.
2. Rub in fa with sufficient, water to form a soft, smooth dough.
3. Roll out about 0.1 cm. (1/16) thick.
4. Cut with a biscuit cutter. Prick.
5. Fry in deep fat till golden brown and crisp.
6. Drain on paper and tin.
