Raita With Mango

Ingredients
  Unripe mango 1 , peeled, stoned and roughly diced
  Chopped fresh coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh green chilies 2
  Mint sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Ready Made Bottled)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Natural yogurt 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , peeled and diced
  Mint sprigs 2 (For Garnish)
Directions

1. Place the mango, fresh coriander, green chillies, mint sauce, salt and sugar in a food processor and blend for about 2 minutes. Add the ground coriander and yogurt and blend for 30 seconds. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and stir in the diced cucumber.
2. Transfer the raita to a serving dish and garnish with a sprig of mint.
