Raita with Mango
|Unripe mango||1 , peeled, stoned and roughly diced|
|Chopped fresh coriander||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh green chilies||2|
|Mint sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Ready Made Bottled)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground coriander||1 Teaspoon|
|Natural yogurt||1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)|
|Cucumber||1⁄2 , peeled and diced|
|Mint sprigs||2 (For Garnish)|
1. Place the mango, fresh coriander, green chillies, mint sauce, salt and sugar in a food processor and blend for about 2 minutes. Add the ground coriander and yogurt and blend for 30 seconds. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and stir in the diced cucumber.
2. Transfer the raita to a serving dish and garnish with a sprig of mint.
