Ingredients
  Potatoes 500 Gram
  Onions 120 Gram
  Fat 50 Gram
  Fenugreek leaves 3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm) (Or 1 Small Bunch)
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 115 Gram
  Curds 50 Milliliter
  Garlic flakes 4
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Wash, peel and quarter potatoes and place in cold water.
2. Heat fat. Brown chopped onions slightly. Clean and chop fenugreek leaves.
3. Add turmeric and fenugreek leaves and continue frying.
4. Add curds, chopped garlic, potatoes, salt and sufficient water to cook potatoes.
5. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for a few minutes longer.
