Yummy Lamb Curry
|Lamb shoulder||1 Pound, boned and cut in pieces|
|Onions||4 , peeled and sliced|
|Brown sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||1 1⁄4 Pinch|
|Chicken stock cubes||2|
|Blanched almonds||1 Ounce, toasted (For Garnish)|
Sprinkle lamb with salt and pepper.
Fry lamb, onions, curry powder, sugar and ginger in a large saucepan for 5 min.
Add grated rind and juice of lemon and stock cubes.
Cover with cold water, bring slowly to the boil, cover and simmer for 2 hours.
