Yummy Lamb Curry

Ingredients
  Lamb shoulder 1 Pound, boned and cut in pieces
  Onions 4 , peeled and sliced
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1 1⁄4 Pinch
  Lemon 1
  Chicken stock cubes 2
  Blanched almonds 1 Ounce, toasted (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Sprinkle lamb with salt and pepper.
Fry lamb, onions, curry powder, sugar and ginger in a large saucepan for 5 min.
Add grated rind and juice of lemon and stock cubes.
Cover with cold water, bring slowly to the boil, cover and simmer for 2 hours.
