Mulberry & Golden Berry Chutney

Tangy golden berries mixed with sweet mulberries, a hint of Indian spices and fresh cilantro. Fast, easy, nutritious, delicious. No cooking, simply process and serve.
  Mulberry 1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked
  Golden berry 1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked
  Minced ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Chopped red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped jalapeno 1 Teaspoon (1/2-1 (Adjust to taste))
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon

1)In a food processor blend in the mulberry and golden berry until coarsely chopped.
2)In the same food processor add in the minced garlic and ginger, cilantro, red onions, jalapenos and olive oil and blend well.

3)Serve with your favorite recipes and enjoy!
