|Cooked vegetables||1 Pound (500 Gram Of Either One Kind Or A Mixture)|
|Chili pepper||1 Pinch|
|Curry powder||2 Teaspoon (1 Heaped Teaspoon Garam Masala)|
|Plain flour||8 Ounce (250 Gram)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frying oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
Cut the vegetables into thick slices or large chunks.
Mix a little salt and the chilli pepper with the curry powder or garam masala and toss the vegetables in it.
Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle.
Break the eggs into the bowl and slowly beat in the flour, adding enough milk to give a stiff batter.
Dip the vegetables into the batter and fry in hot oil until golden and crisp.
Drain and serve hot, warm or cold.
If your vegetables have been cut small, stir them into the batter and fry spoonfuls of the mixture.
