Ingredients
  Curds 225 Gram
  Spinach 115 Gram
  Green chilies 5 Gram
  Salt To Taste
For tempering
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fenugreek 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole red chilies 3
  Oil 15 Milliliter
Directions

1. Pick and wash spinach. Steam.
2. Beat curds and mix with steamed spinach and chopped green chillies. Add salt.
3. Heat oil. Add red chillies, mustard, cumin and fenugreek. When seeds crackle pour over spinach and curd mixture. Mix well.
