Ingredients
  Curd 200 Gram
  Sugar 50 Gram
  Cardamom powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nuts mix 20 Gram
Directions

GETTING READY
1. On a vessel, tie a muslin cloth, pour the curd onto the muslin cloth, leave for 4 hours.

MAKING
2. In another vessel, transfer the dry curd, add sugar, cardamom powder and nuts, using a fork, whip well.

SERVING
3. Serve cold as a dessert.

TIP
It can be refrigerated and stored for 1 week.
If you are using sour curd, add milk powder.
