Ingredients
  Eggs 8
  Salt To Taste
  Ghee 4 Tablespoon
Chop:
  Green garlic 25 Gram (With A Little Of The Greens)
  Spring onions 4 (With A Little Of The Greens)
  Green chilies 3 , seeded
  Coriander leaves 4 Tablespoon
  Ginger piece 1⁄2 Inch
Directions

Heat fat.
Add all ingredients except eggs and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add beaten eggs and scramble till just set.
Remove from fire and serve immediately with hot rotlis or toast.
