Valsad Ni Kanji

Ingredients
  Almonds 50 Gram, blanched, chopped and fried
  Charoli 50 Gram, chopped and fried
  Lotus root 50 Gram
  Water chestnuts 50 Gram
  Dry ginger 100 Gram
  Ghau nu doodh 50 Gram
Piprimoor na gath
  White peppercorn 10 Gram
  Nutmeg 2
  White cardamoms 20 Gram
  Edible glue 50 Gram
Goghru
  Pure ghee 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fry And Powder Individually:)
Directions

Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight jar for upto 2-3 months.
Put 1 tsp in a cup of hot milk, mix well and add sugar to taste.
Excellent after childbirth or long illnesses.
