Samosa

Ingredients
  Mashed potato/Cooked sieved dhal 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), sieved
  Peas/Other cooked green vegetable 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Beat well.
Put spoonfuls on squares.
Fold over and seal edges with water.
Deep fry as for Nimkis.
