Mango Lassi

This mango lassi is a delicious combination of mango, yogurt, milk and a variety of other ingredients. A nice twist to the popular Indian drink, this is absolutely refreshing.
Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mango pulp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pistachios 1 Ounce, ground
Directions

1) In a pitcher, combine the yogurt, milk, water, pulp, and sugar. Whisk briskly until completely mixed. Chill.

2) To serve, pour over crushed ice. Sprinkle the ground pistachios over the top
