|Oil||200 Milliliter (for deep frying)|
Mix all the above ingredients in and bowl toegther to a thick batter .
First wash gobi and allow to become completely dry.
Then deep fry in a oil for 3mins and when it becomes cool,put inside the mixture and mix it with a hand nicely and keep marinate for an hour.
Then put a oil in a pan when it is hot put the marinated gobi in a hand one by one and deep fry till it is golden brown.
When it is ready granish with coriander and serve with finely chopped onion,chopped lemon..
