Ingredients
  Ground almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Poppy seeds 4 Teaspoon
  Melon seeds 1 Tablespoon (Any Variety)
  Whole peppercorns 8
  Nonfat milk/Low fat milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 4 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Crushed ice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Place the ground almonds, poppy seeds, melon seeds, and peppercorns in a bowl and add 1 cup of milk.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Pour this mixture into a blender and add the remaining milk and sugar.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the ice and blend for 25-30 seconds longer.
Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
