|Poppy seeds||4 Teaspoon|
|Melon seeds||1 Tablespoon (Any Variety)|
|Nonfat milk/Low fat milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||4 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
|Crushed ice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Place the ground almonds, poppy seeds, melon seeds, and peppercorns in a bowl and add 1 cup of milk.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Pour this mixture into a blender and add the remaining milk and sugar.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the ice and blend for 25-30 seconds longer.
Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
