Broccoli And Aloo Curry

Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped and soaked inside water
  Aloo 3 Medium, chopped and soaked inside water
  Ginger garlic paste 2 Teaspoon
  Sambhar powder 1 Teaspoon
  Vangibath powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust the quantity of water as needed)
  Oil 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
  Jeera 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped (For Seasoning)
  Tomato 1 , finely chopped (For Seasoning)
Directions

first wash Brocoli and aloo and keep aside.
In a pan add oil.when it is hot,
Add jeera,allow to pop up.
Now add onion and fry till brown colour.
Then add ginger garlic paste,tomato and fry till they become mashy
Add Brocoli and Aloo and allow them to cook
When they are cooked,add sambar pd,vangibath pd,salt mix it nicely for 5mins.
When salt is adjusted ,transfer to a serving bowl.
Eat with Hot chapati,roti..............
