Ingredients
  Ambakalia mango/500 gram ordinary half ripe, half raw mangoes / 1 tin of 250 gram sliced mangoes 1 Large
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Green chilies 2 , seeded and chopped
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon piece 1 Inch
  Cloves 6
  Cardamoms 6
  Jaggery 125 Gram
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ghee/Butter 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel and slice mangoes.
Heat fat in a pan and fry onion with whole spices till light brown.
Add jaggery, mangoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt and half cup water.
If you are using tinned mangoes, use half cup juice from tin.
Simmer for 1-2 minutes and mix well without breaking mango slices.
Serve with dhan sakh or khichdi.
