Curried Chicken Sindhi Style

Ingredients
  Chicken 1 1⁄2 Kilogram (1 Chicken)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 5 Medium, finely sliced
  Tomatoes 5 Medium, chopped
  Red chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 2 , seeded and chopped
  Cinnamon stick 1 Inch
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Curd 2 Cup (32 tbs), whisked (Made From Fat-Free Milk)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cloves 5 , ground to a paste
  Green cardamoms 8 , ground to a paste
  Cumin seeds 2 Teaspoon, ground to a paste
  Ginger piece 1 Inch, chopped and ground to a paste
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), chopped and ground to a paste
Directions

Joint chicken.
Remove and discard skin.
Wash and drain.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over moderate heat.
Add onions and fry till honey-coloured.
Mix in ground spices and fry till brown.
Add remaining ingredients except curd and salt.
Mix well and add curd.
Simmer over low heat till chicken is tender.
Stir in salt and serve hot with roti.
