Fennel Tea (Saunf Ki Chai)
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (pure)|
|Fennel seeds||2 Teaspoon (saunf)|
|Cardamom powder||1 Pinch (tiny pinch)|
|Milk/Cream||1 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Mint leaves||4 (for garnish)|
In a heat proof tea kettle or small saucepan, bring the water to a gentle boil. Add the fennel seeds, cardamom and sugar. Turn off heat, cover and steep for 4-5 minutes. Strain into a cup and add milk or cream as needed. Garnish with mint leaves & enjoy.
