Ingredients
  Potatoes 250 Gram, boil, peel and cube
  Gingelly seeds 650 Gram, roast and powder
  Salt To Taste
For tempering
  Oil 50 Milliliter
  Fenugreek seeds 5 Gram
  Green chilies 10 Gram
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Asafoetida 1 Teaspoon
  Timur 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Mix together cubed potatoes, roasted and powdered gingelly (sesame) seeds and salt.
2. Heat oil, add fenugreek seeds.
3. As they splutter, add green chillies, turmeric and asafoetida.
4. Mix well and pour over potato mixture.
