Sindhi Kadhi

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Minced ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon (Sharwood)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped cauliflower 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green beans 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cut In 2.5Centimeter Length)
  Cooked spinach 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Low fat natural yoghurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Split pea flour 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder/1 chopped fresh chili 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1 Medium, cut lengthwise in thin strips
Directions

1. Heat oil in medium saucepan, add cumin. As seeds turn brown, add onion, Saute till transparent, add garlic, ginger, saute till golden brown.
2. Add garam masala, salt, turmeric, cauliflower, beans, spinach if using. Stir well, cover, cook on low for 3mins, stir once.
3. Mix yoghurt, split pea flour well, add to vegetables. Add 1 cup boiling water, sugar and chilli if using.
4. Bring to boil, adjust salt, chilli to taste. Stir in tomato.
5. Remove from heat. Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped coriander.
