Philip's Goa Curry

Ingredients
  Pomfret 1 Kilogram, filleted and marinated in salt and lime juice
  Onions 2 Large, ground
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Coconut milk 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Extracted From 1 1/2 Coconuts)
  Tamarind 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, soaked in 1 cup hot water
For grinding together
  Red chilies 25 (Goan / Kashmiri)
  Garlic 14 Clove (70 gm)
  Cumin seeds 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Put onions, ground spices, coconut milk and strained tamarind juice in a pan.
Mix well and bring to boil.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
The consistency should be that of thick milk.
Strain and add fish.
Simmer till fish is cooked.
Cool completely and reheat gently before serving.
