Ingredients
  Leg lamb 1 1⁄2 Kilogram
For marinade
  Onions 4 Large, minced
  Minced garlic 4 Teaspoon
  Minced ginger 4 Teaspoon
  Ground almonds 1 Tablespoon
  Coriander powder 2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 2 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 2 Teaspoon (Sharwood)
  Chilli powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Kiwi fruit pulp 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low fat natural yoghurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped fresh coriander 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Make large deep cuts in meat with sharp knife. Keep aside.
2. Mix all ingredients in blender.
3. Pour marinade over lamb and into cuts. Marinate in refrigerator for 6hrs. Overnight is ideal.
To cook-
1. Place lamb in baking tray. Pour some marinade over lamb. Cover.
2. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 1 hr and 30mins.
3. Serve hot on bed of Baida Biryani.
