  Leftover idli 6 , cut lengthwise
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Put oil in a pan when it is hot put choped idiles and deep fry till it becomes crispy.
Then put a tissue in a plate and keep fried idlies and ready to eat with tea,coffe
