|Water||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Black tea/3 tea bags||3 Teaspoon|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
Break cardamom pods open, crush seeds and drop into water in a 2-quart pan. Bring water to a boil, then add tea and milk. Carefully bring mixture to a second boil.
Remove from heat. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Strain. Sweeten to taste.
