Idli Rice Idlis

Ingredients
  Idli rice 2 Cup (32 tbs), soaked separately over night
  Urad dal 1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked separately over night
  Salt To Taste
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust quantity of water as needed)
Directions

Wash and grind Urad dal first to a smooth paste with little water and put to a big bowl.
In a same jar wash and grind rice ,water little coarsely and add to urad dal paste.
Now grind cooked rice,water little to a smooth paste and add to a urad dal paste with salt,water little and mix nicely.
allow to get fermented.
Next day when it is ready keep on stiring with a sapatula nicely.
Then Grease oil to a idily plate and put water in a idily cooker and keep the plate inside.
Allow them to cook for 15 mins.when it is ready.
Serve with sambar or chutney
